There is a 5 day review & inspection period for any non special order item to be returned for a refund less 10% restocking fee. The item or items must be in the shipping process back to Southwest Originals within that time or no refunds will be allowed. Special order do not apply. Special orders are a final sale unless other arrangements have been made. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
I stand behind my work and repair any and all of my work. Almost anything can be repaired. I guarantee any inlay and stone setting for 30 days at no charge unless visible signs of damage are evident. After that, only basic labor and materials are charged at cost.
